Any attempt by an Entrant to create and use multiple email addresses to obtain more than ten (10) Entries will void such Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified, and any potential Prize will be forfeited. Entries generated through a third-party website or software or in any way other than the manner and format set forth in these Official Rules and Terms is prohibited, and Sponsor reserve the right to disqualify any such Entrant(s).

The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders. 

Sweepstakes Prizes: There will be ten (10) Prize Winners, who will be awarded a 100% discount code for any furniture on the Capella Website. 

Prizes are subject to availability. If a selected furniture or appliance item becomes unavailable, sold out, discontinued, backordered, or cannot be fulfilled for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal.

Winner Determination and Verification: The process leading to the random selection of a potential prize winner is within the sole discretion of Sponsor. On or about July 31st, 2026 ten (10) potential winner from the United States will be randomly drawn from the pool of all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize drawing will be conducted using a computer-generated random selection process. If, due to an error of any kind, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received during the Promotion Period.

Potential winners are each subject to eligibility verification by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted using the information provided, or fails to respond to Sponsor’s attempt to notify them of selection within five business days; if any prize or notification is returned as undeliverable or yields an error or undeliverable message (regardless of whether the message is ultimately delivered to the recipient); if a potential winner fails to sign and return the Release or any other required documentation or fails to comply with these Official Rules; if a potential winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize or any portion as stated; or if a potential winner cannot be verified as eligible for any reason at any time before, during or after the Promotion Period, then that potential winner is disqualified and forfeits the prize, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible Entries.

In the event that an Entrant or potential winner is disqualified or fails to claim a prize for any reason, the process set forth above will be repeated until the prize is awarded, or until three attempts have been made to award each prize and each attempt has failed. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, IF ANY PRIZE REMAINS UNAWARDED FOR ANY REASON AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS, THAT PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED IN THIS PROMOTION.

Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Entry Period.

Additional Prize Information: The potential Sweepstakes Prize winner will receive their prize by email at the email address provided on the Entry.

Sponsor is not responsible if a potential winner does not receive a prize because incomplete, invalid or incorrect information was provided during the Promotion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen items. In the event of such a loss, Sponsor shall have the right, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to disqualify the Prize Winner or to award to that Prize Winner the remaining elements of the Prize which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Resale of prizes is prohibited.

All expenses not specifically mentioned as responsible by the Sponsor herein are not included in any prize and are solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility.

Conditions and Release: By participating, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator; (b) receive any notices and other communications related to the Promotion electronically, including via email and/or the Website/app; (c) release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the Prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Entrant’s Entry, creation of an Entry or submission of an Entry, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible if Promotion cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way shall be disqualified.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and their agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for Promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or the Website or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion or the Website/app; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the Website or the processing of Entries/Plays; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable email; (f) any defect in a prize or inability to participate in the Promotion or use the Website or use a prize, or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion, the receipt, acceptance, delivery, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Promotion Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Promotion Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Entry/Play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry/ Play in this Promotion (time-permitting), if it is possible in the Sponsor’s or the Administrator’s sole discretion. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Promotion Parties.

Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy. The Entrant hereby agree to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
